Main Role & Responsibilities :
Evaluation of alternative core Network architectures and long term planning of core network evolution.
Support, administer and manage Cisco devices.
Deliver network performance to the agreed performance criteria and guidelines.
Development of new sites that will deliver to the appropriate network design criteria, design strategies (to be done in conjunction with network performance & network design).
Provide technical solution ( Recommendation) and support to customer.
Performs Installation, Configurations, Commissioning, and Provisioning of all Network Elements of Core Network.
Perform daily operational activities related to Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system.
Ensure system stability of Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system
Capacity to analyse and solve issues related to Routing, Firewall & Bandwidth Management system.
Provide regular feedback / reporting on operations, issues.
Support the development of the all network planning and optimization process and procedure development.

 Core Network Supervisor
Main Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study with 4 years experience in Telco.
Good communication, writing and presentation skill in English language.
Strong analytical & conceptual thinking.
Co-operate with Technical Operation Manager in problem solving and technical solution finding.
Capable in team work or individual work.
Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures.
Ability to work on odd hours/weekends.

Perform master and detailed IP core planning and also planning optimization of IP backbone.
Strong Engineering background and experience in IP Planning activities.
Has experience in designing of IP Backbone with relevant Cisco equipment.
Good knowledge with IP Network Performance monitoring and trouble-shooting tools.
Minimum 4 years of related working experience in Core Network System.
Should have experience in Cisco routers, firewalls, CCNP, CheckPoint Security CCSA and Content Switch.
Certification CCNP, & CCNA.

Main Role & Responsibilities :
Deliver network performance to the agreed performance criteria and guidelines.
Provide technical solution ( Recommendation) and support to customer.
Provide regular feedback / reporting on operations, issues.
Performs Installation, Configurations, Commissioning, and Provisioning of all Network Elements of Operation Support System (OSS).
Manage OSS platform in Operations Centre.
Develop and implement processes to manage OSS platform.
Plan & Integration Network element to OSS.
Control data flow from the network to the OSS System and plan the corrections and extensions to the OSS accordingly.
Prepare action plans for future software and hardware upgrades in the OSS.
Support the development of the all network planning and optimization process and procedure development.
Develop, maintain, and support various PHP/MySQL-based web applications.
Collaborate with other team members in application building and enhancements.
Develop and enhance in-house software programmes/applications.

 Billing Application & Database Supervisor

Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer/Electrical Engineering or other related field of study with 4 years experience in Telco.
Minimum S1 from reputable university.

Main Role & Responsibilities :
Responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls related to technical queries and explanations.
Provide 1st and 2nd level technical helpdesk support and escalate to Network Control Centre for 3rd level support.
Responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. Solves technical problems.
Monitor customers network performance and diligently perform diagnostics on any fault/alarm when need arises.
Responsible for collecting, analyze, processing the data and making the report for the customer.
Provide technical solution ( Recommendation) and support to customer.

Main Requirements :

5. Network Infrastructure Division (3 person)
Main Role & Responsibilities :
Responsible to execute the site installation verification activities, including performing antenna system tests, standard site installation verification, site integration and basic fault handling.
Responsibilities include the planning, design, optimization and performance verification of Radio Frequency (RF) work for Broadband Wireless Access (BWA).
Responsibilities for Site survey,including Los survey, Frequency Plan, System Configuration, Link and Route plan & Scan Frequency.

 Network Engineer
Main Requirements :
Minimum holder of Diploma (D3) in Telecommunication Engineering or other degree with 2 years experience in Telco.
Capable in team work or individual work.
Ability to understand and comply with methods, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques and procedures.
Ability to work on odd hours/weekends.
Posses a good skill in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
Replacement of replaceable Network Infrastructure.
Function verification in accordance with the maintenance documentation of the network element.
Performance of function verification in co-operation with the NOC Operator.
Troubleshooting on a network element and its interfaces.
Diagnostics on interfaces to locate problems in network elements and/or plug-in units.
