-bachelor degree from any major or diploma degree (d3/d4) from transportation management/maritime academy
-graduate from reputable university with minimum gpa 2,75
-max.2 years experience (fresh graduate is preferred)
-proficient in english, both oral and written
-willing to be located in all over indonesia
-have strong leadership skill and initiative
-self motivated and able to work in team as well individual
